The commitment of growers located in indigenous grapes, especially nell&#8217;Aglianico and Falanghina, the best chances of obtaining quality wines.<br />
The production area includes 13 municipalities, all in the Sannio, in work, alongside a growing number of private wine companies, an important social Cellar, with over 400 members, which, through a wise and careful selection of games sorting of the grapes, wines of great quality processes and strong typicality, using, for the refining of Aglianico, Slavonian oak barrels and the French oak barrels.</p>

History The vine (ancient ellenico) is very popular between Campania and the Adriatic coast, but in this area presents some issues worthy of note: the breeding is still a simple curtain, under the system that the Sanniti population learned from the Etruscans (and not under cultivation in any order imported by the Greeks).<br />

Matchings Suitable for aging wine that goes well with dishes with some regional timbale of macaroni, macaroni with meat sauce, zite pasta, tripe Neapolitan baked kid, stewed veal Aglianico, wild boar, semi-hard cheese or seasoned spicy . The nature reserve is particularly suitable for roasts.</p>
