The variety of grapes correspond to different soil and microclimate of the moraine, the growers have been able to exploit with the grafting of those best suited to each soil. The White Custoza born Garda morainic amphitheater formed by the withdrawal deo ice in the Quaternary period. The grapes are grown in white Custoza sunny vineyards that enjoy a special exhibition gives a production of good quality.</p>

History White Custoza, which takes its name from unantica station guard and guard who controlled the hills from above steps towards Postojna. Already in the sixteenth century is the mention of a &#8220;wine of Heraklion&#8221; produced with Malvasia, probably ancestor of that currently provided by the regulations. The production area comprises the southwestern part of the morainic Benaco and characterized by reddish soil and rolling hills on the shores of Lake Garda to the south and southwest. Moraine, limestone, gravel and sand without moisture for this wine wine, soft, fragrant and pleasantly bitter. <br />
