Main Italian Wines & Vines on Stelo wine store

Franciacorta

The sensory characteristics and peculiarities that identify the Franciacorta: perlage fine and persistent, almost creamy, but decided faded scent of yeast (bread crust), accompanied by delicate hints of dried fruits (almonds, hazelnuts, dried figs) and spicy (cloves). The summit represented by vintage, a wine produced only in vintages that allow optimal ripening of the grapes, each composed of a collection of vintage wines harvested in the year indicated on the label and not the union of bases of varying ages.
