The denomination of origin Garda is reserved for grapes from the vineyards described above. These wines are put to use with the sole designation of Garda sparkling. Musts and wines with denomination of origin Garda with the names of Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay and Riesling can be processed in the sparkling version, and must be produced exclusively for natural fermentation.
